This is another great recipe for this holiday baking season and can be a great add on to your cookie basket!
Have you ever had cake pops? These are the same but without the stick. Chocolate peppermint cake crumbs + chocolate frosting + peppermint chocolate coating + chopped candy canes? Yes, please! They are so so good!

Perfect cookies for a cookie swap or gift boxes. These treats are made with toasted pecans, vanilla, flour, powdered sugar and butter. Yes, just 5 ingredients!
These cookies can have different names: snowball cookies, Russian tea cakes or Mexican wedding cookies. Different name, same cookie.
I just posted the video about how to make these cookies on Instagram. Click here if you want to watch.
Orange and cranberry together is such a classic combo for the holidays. I really enjoy baking with fresh cranberries and although they can be tart, they pair really nice with orange or other citrus flavors.
These muffins are super quick to make, perfect for Christmas morning/breakfast. They are packed with orange juice, zest and fresh cranberries. Ok, if you can’t find fresh cranberries where you live, you can use dried ones, no problem.
Let’s start with the recipe and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram because I just posted the video of how I made these muffins. Click HERE.
Chocolate and peppermint are so perfect together in a drink, cookies, cake or anything you can think of and that is why I created this recipe that you should add to your Christmas baking list.
I know that a lot of people get very busy during the holidays but baking a treat at home is something that we all make time for. This loaf is the perfect addition to your holiday dessert table because it has peppermint and chocolate plus it looks super pretty. The crumb and flavor are on point! You will want to eat more than one slice for sure. There is a white chocolate drizzle that decorates the top part which makes this dessert more magical.
Did I mention that I am using peppermint Andes chocolate in the batter too? It is so so good!
Here is the recipe! And don’t forget to watch the video for this recipe on my Instagram.
If you visit my blog for a while, you know I enjoy baking alfajores and I’m always trying to come out with new flavors.
Alfajores are made with regular flour, cornstarch, vanilla extract, egg yolks and other simple ingredients and today I decided to add ground cinnamon and dark cocoa powder to create a hot chocolate version. They are filled with delicious dulce de leche (which is a milk-based caramel) and coated in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.

I love coffee and sometimes I try to re-create my favorite coffee drinks into cupcakes or cakes. Gingerbread latte was a very popular Starbucks holiday drink that was sold a couple of years ago but for some reason they don’t offer it anymore. I tried it a couple of times and loved the combination of gingerbread spices and coffee.
These cupcakes are packed with ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg cloves, molasses and crystallized ginger. For the coffee flavor I added espresso powder and hot coffee to the batter. The frosting is a a light vanilla whipped cream frosting. Finally, they are lightly dusted with nutmeg and decorated with mini gingerbread men sprinkles.

Happy Tuesday! Who is excited about baking Christmas cookies? I am! Here is a recipe that I totally forgot to post last year but here it is!
These cookies are made with dark cocoa powder with a hint of peppermint and vanilla extract. You will coat them in dark and white chocolate melting waffers. Finally, you will sprinkle chopped candy canes. These cookies are so so good! They will scream Christmas in your mouth.

I am not a fan of fruit cake because they have a lot of candied fruit and the texture is just weird to me. This is a real Christmas cake with a touch of spices, citrus flavors, some dried fruit and nuts.
The steps of this recipe are very easy to follow BUT you should know that you’ll need quite a few ingredients (easy to find at the grocery store) so your cake taste amazing.
Video for this recipe is posted on my blog. Click HERE.
When life is busy and I don’t have time to bake from scratch I look for options that are quick, taste good and made with good quality ingredients.
Scones are one of the things I enjoy eating with a big cup of coffee or tea. Some time ago, I discovered these scone mixes by Sticky Fingers Bakeries and fell in love with them because the taste and texture are always on point! These mixes are perfect for holiday baking season because you can choose from different flavors like cranberry orange, apple cinnamon, apple fritter, maple oat, pumpkin spice, etc. They also have a couple of gluten-free options.
Because it is Fall season I am going to show you how to make Apple Fritter Scone-Nuts. They are crumbly and have small apple chunks, so so good! You will need just some cold water for the scone mix and vanilla glaze (yes, it comes with a glaze mix too!) .
